Helping capable people
to see
new possibilities

Often, the capability is already there. What's needed is the clarity, confidence and momentum to bring it through.

Dan Margetts, Executive Coach

Curiosity. Possibilities. Change.

A career across seven countries and many more cultures, forty years of leading people through difficult challenges and often unknown territory. A lifetime of navigating environments that were not built for the way I think, who I am, or where I came from.

These things are foundational. They produce an instinct for what lies beneath the surface and open the way for a coaching partnership built on safety, empathy and exploration.

"The problem is not the problem: the problem is the response to the problem."

Dr. Tom Ferguson, 2011

That shift in perspective is often where change begins. Don't ask why it can't be done. Ask how it can.

Are you ready to ask the question?

A thinking partnership
Not advice

Coaching is a structured space to step back, think clearly, and work through what is really going on beneath the surface.

It helps people draw on what they already know, arrive at their own answers, and move forward with clarity and intent. This builds stronger, more confident individuals who step up and take ownership.

It is distinct from mentoring or therapy. Dan doesn't provide answers or direction: the value comes from helping people bring their own thinking to life and act on it.

The work stays practical and grounded in real situations. And it remains entirely confidential between coach and coachee.

01

Clearer thinking

Untangle complexity, challenge assumptions, and find the signal beneath the noise.

02

Better decisions

Act with conviction, not hesitation. Make choices grounded in your own values and priorities.

03

Greater confidence

Step into the room differently. Own your voice and your contribution at the next level.

04

Tangible progress

Individuals move forward on what is important to them. Leaders see stronger ownership and consistent performance.

People who are
ready to step up

I

The organisation investing in people

Looking to accelerate the growth of a direct report or key team member. Coaching delivers stronger contribution, greater ownership and more consistent performance, with results that are visible to the people who matter.

II

The leader navigating change

In the middle of complexity: a new role, a shifting landscape, a team that needs more. Looking for a confidential space to think clearly, make better decisions and act with greater confidence.

III

The high performer on the cusp

Already performing well and building credibility, or at a crossroads and unsure what comes next. Looking to sharpen how to think, decide and show up, and convert that into clear direction and decisive action at the next level.

IV

Those operating across cultures

Working internationally or navigating cross-cultural environments where what works in one context can mean something very different in another. Looking for a thinking partner who understands that dynamic from the inside.

V

Neurodivergent professionals

Wired differently, whether diagnosed or not. Driven by novelty, frustrated by routine, or struggling to find the right environment for how they think. Looking for a coach who gets it without needing it explained.

VI

LGBTQ+ professionals

Navigating identity, authenticity or belonging across professional environments, whether openly or not. Looking for a coach who has lived this across many countries and cultures over a long career, and understands what that costs and what it builds.

Progress that
is real

01

Direction replaces ambiguity

Clear on direction, on what comes next, and on what to stop second-guessing.

02

Confidence compounds

The kind built from the inside, not borrowed from external validation.

03

Leadership presence grows

How you show up shifts: in meetings, in hard conversations, under pressure.

04

Momentum becomes a habit

Coachees leave each session with something to act on. That rhythm compounds.

"Progress from clearer thinking, better judgement, and the confidence to act."
