Your name, email address, feedback ratings, and written responses submitted through this form. Your email is used to send you a copy of your feedback if requested and to identify you as the data subject for the purposes of your rights under data protection law.

Feedback submitted through this form may be used for the following purposes:

Dan's coaching development: to support reflection and continuing professional development.

Henley Business School: as evidence within Dan's PCEC portfolio, reviewed by Henley tutors and external examiners.

Professional supervision: shared with Dan's coaching supervisor, Sarah Leach of Stride Consultancy (strideconsultancy.co.uk), for supervision purposes. Sarah is UK-based; the UK benefits from an EU adequacy decision valid until December 2031.

Professional accreditation: used to support applications for accreditation with ICF, EMCC or equivalent coaching bodies.

Feedback submissions are stored securely within Dan's Microsoft 365 account and Netlify's form storage, both held in EU infrastructure. Data is retained until reviewed and used for the purposes above, and deleted no later than five years from the date of submission. Third parties named above (Henley, Sarah Leach, accreditation bodies) hold independent copies of any data shared with them, each responsible for their own data protection compliance.
