What is collected. Your name (unless you choose to keep it private), email address, the testimonial text, star rating, and coaching dates you provide.
How it is used. Your email confirms your identity and consent, and is never published. If you choose to keep your name private, Dan still holds it to verify the testimonial is genuine, it is not shown publicly. With your consent, the remaining fields are published on the testimonials page and may be reused as a written quote on this site or other coaching-related websites or platforms Dan operates or contributes to, with the same attribution choice you make here.
Storage and retention. Held securely in Dan's Netlify and Microsoft 365 accounts, both EU infrastructure, for as long as the testimonial remains published, or until you ask for it to be removed.
Your rights. You can ask Dan to correct or remove your testimonial at any time by emailing admin@danmargetts.com, or lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
